Veteran Rate Guide is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. All rate figures are sourced directly from VA.gov and cross-checked against 38 CFR Part 4 and 38 U.S.C. Chapter 11.

Sourcing & review

• Every monthly compensation figure is copied from VA’s published rate tables, not estimated or interpolated.
• Combined-rating and bilateral-factor logic is tested against 38 CFR § 4.25 Table I and VA’s own worked examples.
• Legal, appeals, and condition-rating content is intended to carry sign-off from a named, VA-accredited attorney and a clinical reviewer. Those positions are currently open — see Editorial Team for exact status, rather than a claim of review that hasn’t happened.
• Every page shows when its rate data was last verified.

Corrections

Rate updates and material corrections are logged publicly on the rates changelog. If you find an error, contact us with the page URL and the correction.

Privacy

The calculator runs entirely in your browser. Your ratings, conditions, and dependents are never transmitted, logged, or stored by this site.
